Tilth Restaurant in Seattle reviewed in New York Times

We’ve eaten at Tilth on a couple of occasions and the food has always been superb.  They were recently written up in the New York Times Dining & Wine section.  An online version can be found here and it’s a great review for a local restaurant making a go at providing wonderful organic meals in Seattle.
