<p>These can also be browned without any oil or seasonings and used with a flavorful dip. </p>
<p><b>Diet Types:</b> Low Fat, Low Sodium, Vegan, Vegetarian </p>
<p><b>Ingredients:</b></p>
<li>4 small rounds of whole wheat pita bread </li>
<li>1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil </li>
<li>2 large cloves garlic, minced </li>
<li>1 tablespoon Italian seasoning blend </li>
<p><b>Serves:</b> 8</p>
<p><b>Cooking Time:</b> Under 15 minutes</p>
<p><b>Instructions:</b>Cut pita into eighths and seperate the wedges. Lay rough side up on a cookie sheet. Gently heat oil, garlic, and spices in a small saucepan. Brush lightly onto each pita wedge and broil 6&quot; away from heat for under 1 minute, or until lightly browned and crisp.</p>
